Data controller
Hambrosía (project being incorporated). The full identifying details (legal name, tax ID and address) will be published once the company is incorporated. For any question about your data you can write to privacidad@hambrosia.es.
Data we collect
Through the contact form we may collect: name, email address, phone (optional) and the message you send us.
Purpose
We use that data only to respond to your request, study your needs, prepare a proposal or quote and maintain the communication you initiate.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, where applicable, the resulting business relationship. You can request its deletion at any time.
Third parties
We do not share your data with third parties. The contact form opens your own email client to send us the message, so it is not processed through external services.
Web analytics
We use Umami, a web analytics tool self-hosted on our own infrastructure, to understand in aggregate how the site is used (page views, device type, approximate country). It does not use cookies, does not track people individually, and the data is not shared with third parties or used for advertising.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, as well as object to its processing, by writing to privacidad@hambrosia.es.
